Enroll your child with A Mother's Love Home Daycare

Discover how easy it is to become part of our nurturing family at A Mother's Love Home Daycare. We're here to support you through every step of the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start for your child.

Our enrollment process

We've streamlined our enrollment process to make it as simple as possible for families. Here's what you'll need to know to get started.

Required paperwork

Parents typically need to provide a child’s enrollment form/application, immunization records, proof of age, emergency contact information, and medical and allergy details. Consent forms for activities are also required.

Health and safety

Illinois state law requires all childcare providers to maintain health and safety records. This includes a recent physical exam and, if applicable, a medication authorization form for your child.

Daily logistics and scheduling

We operate from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM. We will discuss drop-off and pick-up procedures, meal and snack schedules, nap routines, and special activities during your orientation.

Let me start off by telling you guys Sharon is one of the best people I know who has a private daycare. My kids love her and are very comfortable over there. If I had to pick someone to take care of and watch my kids for work, gym, and business meetings, I would most definitely recommend Sharon.
